The current owners of the Hotel Sonne are planning a renovation of the F&B outlets. We were asked to develop a holistic concept. The aim of the renovation is to provide a high quality of service and attract luxury travelers and locals alike.

The new interior design takes the historic architectural structure of the building to match the building and bring it back to life.

Craftsmanship and cultural heritage are key elements of the local culture, and so will be a blend of the materials chosen and the contemporary approach we will apply to your project.
