Villa Orlandoni
This gorgeous villa, with a private jetty and a panoramic terrace, dates back to the beginning of the last century and becomes the perfect getaway. In 2019, it was extensively renovated over an 18-month period and carefully restored to its original splendor. The renovation succeeded in retaining many of the original features, while harmoniously balancing them with modern comforts.
The villa has four bedrooms and/or suites, living areas, and an outdoor area with subtropical plantings and pool. The tranquility of the property promises complete relaxation. Here you can reside and enjoy the breathtaking lake scenery undisturbed.
Working with the talented architect Fabio Bianchi and the local project manager Stephanie Hess, who supervised the local artisans, this stately jewel came back to life and its full glory. The client, who is an artist, and her husband, who is a gallery owner, decorated and furnished the apartment with design pieces from their collection.
The villa, with its stately entrance, welcomes guests into the stairhall with a marble floor specially designed by our team and geometric murals by the owner and artist Melli Ink, reflecting the artistic character of the house.
On the ground floor, the custom kitchen, with its soft grey tones and stunning calacatta viola marble top, interprets the classic Italian lifestyle in a modern way. The cabinets were meticulously planned by our office and were implemented by skilled local artisans.
On the one hand, the owners wanted to be able to experience the generous spaciousness of the house more strongly and, on the other hand, to bring a new freshness and playfulness into the property. Thus, in close collaboration with the owner and the architect on site, we helped to create a successful holistic concept.
