Centrally located in Flims, a well-known skiing destination, a new apartment building in timberwork was created in the heart of the old town.

The design work of this under-performing sales apartment building resulted in an upgraded property, complete with sophisticated public areas and two new and unique turn key apartments – which served as the sales prototype for the building’s remaining units. For this purpose, the two apartments were fully built-out, furnished and styled.

The interior uses traditional materials and interprets these in a contemporary, unexpectedly fresh, and at the same time, comfortable way. The custom furnishings and interior finishes resulted in a modern state-of-the-art living.
