House K

House K is a two-story single-family home from the 1970s, offering views of Lake Zurich. Our studio was commissioned to reconceptualize the house in order to optimize the use of its spaces. The project includes a redesign of the façade, the entire garden, subtle adjustments to the floor plan, and a carefully considered interior concept.

This encompasses a reimagined kitchen, modern bathrooms, and custom-built furniture crafted from thoughtfully selected materials and details that bring warmth, character, and a contemporary style to the home. The goal is to create a harmonious interior and exterior that feels fresh, inviting, and elegant, perfectly suited to accommodate a young family.
